Hey loves! Are you newly engaged or an engagement photographer and need some inspiration for your couple’s photo shoot? Well, you have come to the right place! My husband and I were engaged for 3.5 years before we were able to get married, so not only did we do a photo shoot right after we got engaged, but we did another shoot a couple of years later. Let me explain, I absolutely love the beach! My husband and I were living in Destin, Florida at the time, and I wanted nothing more than to have romantic engagement photos on the beautiful white sand beaches. We chose GwyneMark Photography for the shoot. They are a husband and wife duo that know how to rock a beach shoot. Mark was our photographer for the evening, and he did a fantastic job! He really tried to capture us in our natural state.
My favorite part was at the end when he gave us the choice to get in the water for some additional pictures. We couldn’t turn it down!
I absolutely fell in love with the pictures when we received them!
Although I was extremely content with the pictures we already had, my husband went to college in Washington D.C., and ever since then, he can’t get enough of our nation’s capital. Since my husband is in the military, I thought it would be fun to do a shoot around the monuments in D.C. with his uniform on. When we decided we were going to do another photo shoot, I knew exactly who I wanted to be our photographer. Paul Belletiere from Mid Atlantic Video & Photography Productions (MAVPP) is a fantastic photographer that I worked with when I worked for an NFL organization. He does everything from pageants, weddings, maternity, sports (including professional cheerleaders), and so much more! As soon as we started the shoot, I knew we made the right choice.
Paul listened to everything we wanted and stayed with us for hours to make sure we had all the photographs we wanted. I had one request for the photo shoot, and that was to have pictures in front of the Supreme Court since I am graduating law school at the end of the year.
These pictures turned out beautiful and are sentimental to me. My favorite pictures had to be the ones taken by the Jefferson Memorial. Paul is extremely talented!
I hope these pictures have given you some inspiration for your couple’s photo shoot! If you are in the Florida panhandle area, I highly recommend GwyneMark Photography. If you’re in the D.C. area, I can’t rave enough about Paul Belletiere from MAVPP!
